We bought a Celebrity hot tub from Schaeffer’s in March. Worked fine for a while but started having temperature problems. Their tech Keano (sp?) fixed it and provided good tips for maintenance. Kudos to him!

Went to buy some parts for our gas heater fireplace and the people that helped me were extremely helpful and loaded me down with a bunch of stuff and gave it to me free of charge.  It's these type of people that change my I'll perspective of people and life in general. It's just good to know that there is still some good left in this fast paced world...thanks guys...

Working with Schaefers has always been great. They knew the exact model of our spa because the previous owner had been a customer. They have their stuff together.

Was not happy with a spa company from Eugene. They came out and estimated repair costs. When I decided not to do the work but instead look for another hot tub I got a bill in the mail for $85. I called them about it and they were pretty rude. I was told that if I ever had future work done the $85 would be added to the final repair costs. At least they should have stated up front about the non-refundable estimate billing. So when I ran into trouble with my next hot tub I called Schaefer's. Eric repaired the pump and even helped me through an easy fix to save time and money. Very happy with the customer service, technical knowledge and costs of services.

Adding a small gas fireplace to a corner of our family room involved structural work, custom granite, and stone masonry, as the project was anything but typical.  Recommendations and custom installation of a high quality fireplace unit, while maintaining coordination with the other trades, was accomplished flawlessly and timely by Eric.  We are entirely pleased with the cozy end result we have been experiencing at the press of a button throughout the winter months.

Now, after much research, we're looking forward to working with Schaefers on the purchase and yard installation of another quality product, a Marquis Crown hot tub.
